I am Yamilis de la Rosa, a licensed architect and luxury real estate advisor based in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. My work brings together residential design, construction coordination, and an informed understanding of the luxury property market. Each project begins with how people live, the character of the site, and the realities of execution. Through Constructora Caña Roja, clients also have access to an experienced construction and engineering team, creating greater continuity between design and execution.

Real estate adds another layer to that process. As an independent Sales Associate with the official Casa de Campo Real Estate company, I work within an established platform with two offices located inside the resort. This local insight sharpens the way I evaluate a property’s potential, understand its limitations, and consider how design decisions may affect value over time.
