I am Yamilis de la Rosa, a licensed architect in the Dominican Republic and an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects. I am also a luxury real estate advisor specializing in Casa de Campo. With more than 15 years of residential practice and over a decade in the local luxury property market, my experience spans design, construction and development. This combined perspective allows me to consider how a home will live, be built and retain value.

As co-founder of Constructora Caña Roja, I work closely with an experienced engineering team, creating greater continuity between architectural intent and execution. My work with Casa de Campo Real Estate adds an informed understanding of property potential, feasibility and the local market.
