Architecture · Completed Project · Real Photograph
Designed to balance classic sensibilities with a more contemporary way of living, the residence combines familiar proportions and detailing with cleaner lines and a restrained material palette. In the kitchen, the challenge was to carry that balance into a highly functional space without allowing either language to dominate, creating a result that feels current, cohesive, and consistent with the character of the home.

Conceived as a compact residential development, the project was carefully planned to accommodate five bedrooms and a study while preserving comfortable social spaces, privacy, and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship. The established layout was refined with particular attention to efficiency and proportion while maintaining the required footprint. The property was sold prior to construction, with the strength of the architectural concept helping define its value.

Interiors · New Construction · VisualizationThe kitchen was conceived as both a functional workspace and a central gathering point within the home. Full-height cabinetry consolidates storage and appliances along the perimeter, while the island provides generous preparation space and informal seating.
